¨      Catering kitchen in Carriage House, choose your favorite caterer or cater the food yourself

• We cater full food service - includes tableware dishes and linens

• You choose your favorite caterer - $3.00 per person for tableware dishes and linens

• You bring your own food - $3.00 per person for tableware dishes and linens

Whole house rental Add-on

¨      6 double occupancy rooms the night of the event 

¨      Full elegant breakfast for registered overnight guests

¨      Additional guests for breakfast available

¨      Gift reception space available

¨      10% discount for whole house add-on when booking with a wedding

Fri/Sat/Sun  $999/day,    Mon-Thurs $874/day

¨      You can use your own favorite caterer

Deposit

¨      20% of the package price to hold the date

¨      $100 of this deposit is non-refundable

¨      The remaining amount is refundable up to 60 days before the event

¨      Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event
